Asset Management
Suspending removes data assets that violate platform policies or pose a security risk (e.g., containing malicious information). Instance Admins have the authority to suspend in order to maintain a safe and compliant environment as per the Terms and Conditions of the marketplace instance.
Suspending assets is temporary and can be reinstated once done.
To suspend a data asset:
- Log in to Instance Management Portal.
- Click on ‘Data Asset’ from the left panel.
- Click on the ‘Assets’ tab.
- On the ‘Active’ tab, select the data assets to be suspended.
- Click ‘Suspend asset(s)’ on the upper right side of the table.
- Click ‘Confirm’ in the popup.
- Once done, the data asset will move under the ‘Suspended’ tab. This may take a while to complete.
To unsuspend a data asset:
- Select the data assets from the ‘Suspended’ tab.
- Click ‘Unsuspend asset(s)’.
- Confirm and wait until the data asset is back to the ‘Active’ tab.
Note: It will take 30 minutes to reflect changes.
